Deliveries, Returns & Guarantees

Deliveries

If your order is placed before 11am then it will usually be dispatched the same day, for delivery the next working day. This is for most of UK mainland orders, however some parts of Scotland may take a little longer.

Orders going to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man will be on a 2-5 day service.

Delivery is only available in the UK. Any orders with a shipping address outside the UK will be cancelled.

Items are dispatched via our preferred carrier which is APC Overnight.

All orders are sent on a tracked service and are extremely well wrapped by our fully trained staff.

Please do check all parcels for damage upon delivery and prior to signing for them. In the unlikely event a parcel arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and sign for the goods as damaged.

Once delivery is completed it is non-refundable.

Claims for non-delivery of the Goods must be made within seven days of the date of despatch by the Company.

If the goods become damaged/lost during transit, then the Customer is reminded that this responsibility lies with the courier company and Tyretracks will not be held liable. Should this occur, and the Goods have been signed for and not notified to the courier company as damaged/lost then no compensation claim will be permitted.

Returns

Items may be returned up to 21 days from the order date.

Special order Goods cannot be cancelled/returned once the order has been accepted by Tyretracks and will not be accepted for credit unless faulty.

The Company reserves the right to levy a handling charge of £15 plus vat or 10% of the value of the order (whichever is greater) including the carriage charge if the goods have been shipped on any goods accepted for cancellation/return/refund.

All goods ordered by the Customer and supplied correctly by the Company which are then returned without the Company’s consent or without notifying the company, will not be processed, or accepted for credit.

A reimbursement will be processed once goods are received and checked. Items that have been used, fitted, and opened will not be accepted for an allowance. If no reimbursement shall be made the Goods shall remain the property of the Customer.

Warranties

Any Goods returned under complaint/warranty must be returned to the Company at the Customers expense, where the Goods will be returned to the manufacturer for examination, under the individual manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

If a customer shall allege that the Goods shall be defective, he shall submit the Goods to the Company for examination under complaint by the manufacturer of the Goods.

On receipt of the report from the manufacturer, the Company may at its own discretion make an allowance, if the Company considers appropriate, by the issue of a credit note or refund to the Customer.

The granting of a reimbursement or the issue of a credit note shall not be deemed to be an admission of liability.

On any reimbursement being made by way of credit note or otherwise, the Goods in question will become the property of the Company and/or Manufacturer.
