DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Q. When will I receive my order?

A. If your order is placed before 11am then it will usually be dispatched the same day, for delivery the next working day. This is for most of UK mainland orders, however some parts of Scotland may take a little longer.

Orders going to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man will be on a 2-5 day service.

Items are dispatched via our preferred carrier which is APC Overnight.

All orders are sent on a tracked service.

Q. My item was damaged when it arrived, what should I do?

A. Please do check all parcels for damage upon delivery and prior to signing for them. In the unlikely event a parcel arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and sign for the goods as damaged so we can process your claim.

Q. How is the carriage charge calculated?  

A. The carriage charge of your order is calculated on the total weight of your order and the area for delivery. Orders going to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight are more expensive due to the distance.

Q. Do you ship to outside the UK?

A. Delivery is only available in the UK. Any orders with a shipping address outside the UK will be cancelled.

Q. Can I Return or Cancel my order?

A. If you wish to cancel or return your order then you must contact us before returning any items. Any items returned without notifying the company will not be processed.

To return your items you must arrange for the items to be returned to Tyretracks Ltd, Common Road, Stafford, ST16 3EQ.

There will be a £15 plus VAT or 10% of the value of the order (whichever is greater) handling charge along with the carriage charge deducted from the refund.

Items may be returned up to 21 days from the order date.

The refund will be processed once goods are received and checked. Items that have been used, fitted and opened will not be accepted for refund.

An order which has not been processed or shipped will be eligible for a full refund.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

Q. Will you pass my email address on to other companies?

A. We will never pass on any information obtained from a customer. All information is for Tyretracks use only.

Q. Do I need to create an account?

A. When purchasing from our website it is optional to open an account upon checkout. This is optional and is not necessary to complete your purchase.

Creating an account will help speed up the order process as your information will not need to be re-entered each time you purchase from us.

All information is kept securely on our database.
