We have direct accounts with most tyre manufacturers, for instance Michelin, Hankook, Toyo, Goodyear, Pirelli, Continental and GT Tire to name but a few.... We are also part of the Hankook Tyres ‘HTM’ scheme and members of the ‘ITDN’ (Independent tyre distributors network) which again shows our dedication to the industry and our long standing relationships with tyre manufacturers.
We carry large stocks of all ranges of tyres, this along with same day / next day delivery from our suppliers means that we are able to supply most tyres at a moment’s notice.
Because we work very closely with vehicle manufacturers and their dealers we also offer very competitive tyre conversion options, sometimes it may require a change in size of wheel and we are happy to purchase the tyres / wheels that are being removed in order to give you the most competitive price option.
Tyre conversions can be for a number of reasons, perhaps changing a set of tyres because of a different brand of tyre is preferred or maybe the tyre size needs to be changed for something larger or smaller? Sometimes it's just a matter of changing the front axle to the larger super single wheels?
We have the knowledge and experience to advise the best option that would suit.
Here at Tyretracks we really do strive to provide a complete and thorough service to our customers, we pride ourselves that we can supply almost any tyre or wheel for any application.
We can offer the total package to a Haulier or Coach operator, from Puncture Repairs, Major Repairs, Tyre Re-grooving, Turn on rims etc…. this along with fleet tyre inspection / tyre condition reports we can offer the support needed in a busy environment.
We are able to offer a fully mobile tyre repair & fitting service from both our sites 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We currently have 14 Mercedes Sprinters on the road that can offer mobile fitting and road side assistance these vans are equipped with the equipment needed to be fully self-sufficient on site. Our fleet is both well turned out and regularly updated to maintain the reliability required by our customers.
For working on customers sites we have all the correct Public liability insurances in place along with up to date Health & Safety policies which we are happy to share with our customers for their records if required.
We are members of the Michelin Euro Assist (MEA) network so we can offer a European wide call out service to our customers which can be sorted by making one simple phone call to ourselves and we sort the rest.
When our customers our out of our area we also can offer Nationwide cover as we are members of three well known breakdown networks, namely Hankook Truck Master (HTM), Independent Tyre Distributors Network (ITDN) and Tyrenet.
We train our staff to the highest of standards and this has helped Tyretracks go from strength to strength in a very competitive industry. All our staff have undergone Michelin training courses which are held at their training centre in Stoke on Trent. They are trained to a very high standard and are very much up to date with the latest technical information, tyre laws and health & safety issues found within our industry.
