Delivery & Returns

Most items in our catalogue/online store will be sent by Recorded Delivery or via an overnight carrier. As long as an item is in stock and you place your order by 10am you should receive your delivery the next working day.

If an item arrives damaged or in anyway unacceptable it is imperative that when signing for the goods you write 'goods damaged'. (If you do not do this it makes it impossible for us to carry on with any claims action.) You must then let us know by telephone immediately. We will then be able to proceed with your claim.

We work out delivery by the weight of the items you are ordering. A full breakdown can be viewed by following the delivery information, which can be found in ther terms & conditions page.

 

Security & Privacy

Absolutely not. Any information we obtain from you is for Tyretracks use only. We will only send e-mails to you if you are opted into the mailing list, which you can unsubscribe from at anytime by logging in to your account.
